Birthday Cards

This is my post on the Tutti Designs blog today.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hi, Diane with you on this 1st day of January.
Wow, hard to believe we are already staring another year.

I thought we would celebrate a little by having a cake....
and a Stained Glass Cake at that!!

I have three of them to share with you today and first up is one
that I added to a sticky back paper then coated with glitter.
It was then colored with Copics.
I mounted it onto a Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Rectangle.

The second card was done with coloring on the backside of vellum,
I used Ken Oliver Stick It on all these die cuts,
making it easy to adhere on the vellum, then color.

The third card was using the Ken Oliver powders,
then once again I used the Stick It before I die cut it.
If you are not familiar with this,
you simply place it on the back side of your card stock
then die cut as normal.
It gives a stickiness to the back of the die cut...pretty neat and easy!

Very pretty with any of the three techniques you used for coloring! I think I still have one Tutti stained glass die I haven't used yet. I'm falling behind on my not yet used stuff! These are so fun and inspiring, Diane!
