It's my turn to host at
The Sisterhood of Crafters and I chose the theme of 'FLOWERS'.
Easy peasy right?
Nothing better in Spring then when the flowers start to pop
out and bloom their little heads off!
My problem as usual was choosing which flower stamp or die I wanted to use.
I went the easy way and made a CAS
birthday card.
I used a SU stamp set I purchased quite awhile back that had yet to see ink.
It is Southern Serenade .
I loved the simplicity of the flower and the entire set is beautiful.
I also used a Spellbinders die that I just "HAD TO' have...
it is so pretty and being I love antique linens it appealed to me right off.
It is Hemstitch Rectangle.
Eight dies in the set and it is one of those dies
that lets you cut onto your card stock as I did or
you can add the outer die and cut a rectangle shape.
I now need to order the oval shape one!!
So head on over to The Sisterhood and take a peek at all the pretty 'blooms'
my Sistahs have!!

Lovely colors too.

Okay, now you've done it. You went and MADE me order that beautiful Hemstitch Rectangle die set. I just adore the clean, crisp look if this card. It's just gorgeous, especially with that gorgeous color and the way you have colored your flowers. This is just FABULOUS!!!!
I just love me a CAS card like this! The flowers and colors are so pretty and I do love the die you used. Lets the card color peek through and creates just enough of a frame. Any mat or frame die is what I'll use the most. This is really beautiful, Diane!
A beautiful stamped and coloured flower on your card.
