Today I decided to enter a couple of challenges
with my new Stitched Flower dies from Spellbinders.
I have been seeing these new stitch dies all over the net
and though beautiful didn't think it was something I
would do, boy was I wrong!
I purchased this die set purposely to stitch in the car
while we make our 5 1/2 hour trip to the lake house
but had to try them out to see if I even liked them.
Well, I have to say I liked them so much I have since bought
a second set of stitching dies!
I used background paper from P13, one of my favorite companies next to
Mintay, both from Poland!
The layered background die is Pink Fresh Studio Blanket Stitched Oval,
I also added a layer of hearts since I saw The Flower Challenge theme
was to add hearts, they are Impression Obsession.
The sentiment is The Greetery Sentiment Suite Birthday.
The stitching on the dies was done with a variegated floss.

Oh Diane, I just adore your stitched flowers!! This set was out of stock when I placed my Spellbinders order but I did get another couple dies for stitching. Gorgeous card with all your layers! Thanks for joining in at Die Cut Divas this month!!
Stunning card with the awesome layers and beautiful colors together!
Gorgeous! So glad you joined us at Die Cut Divas for our Tic Tac Toe challenge this month
What an adorable card. I love, love, LOVE it. Idid some stitching at Christmas and have not done it since. Think I need to pull out my dies (I have several - OF COURSE) and get out some floss. This looks just beautiful and I love your design. The background patterned paper is perfect.
I love your yellow stitched flowers on this happy and clever card. I am inspired to make some. Thank you!
Oh, wow, I haven't even seen these stitched dies before. I spend a lot of time under my rock. If my blog friends don't post it I probably won't know about it. However, I'm trying to catch up with my NBUS before I buy more. Ha! As if that's going to happen. There's always something new coming down the pike. This is absolutely enchantingly fabulous, Diane! I used to do a lot of embroidery. Loving those Pia papers, too. Still have quite a few new pads from fave companies that I haven't touched yet. Love your colors. Love everything about this FUN card!
I fell in LOVE with this card the moment I saw it, Diane. I think I have a similar die that I'd like to try this stitching technique with. it's awesome!! You're so creative. Thanks for sharing this lovely card with us all. It's super inspiring.
Blessings,
Karen
