Today I am joining the purple challenge at
This card was made with a Tutti Design die, which is now discontinued
but I love it and had to show it.
Pretty easy as I just used a piece of purple mirror card stock for the underneath
panel as well as the die cut. I added a few purple gems to the flowers.
I used a basket weave embossing panel under the die cut.
Now I have a question for all of you.
How do you sort (sort not store) your stamps?
Most all of mine are stored in the Avery Elle
stamp/die storage bags
(which BTW I absolutely love)
but not sure how I have them sorted (by company)
is working for me....
and was wondering what works best...thanks!!

Beautiful card, love the die
Mine aren't sorted by company. I have the flowers with the flowers in the same type containers except mine are the My Favorite Things. But that's only if they are stand alone stamps or dies. I don't separate them from a set. [Bunny]
Beautiful card! Love the basket weave background. I have SU and SNS stamps stored by category. Everything else is not organized at all and therefore don't get used very often!! This is something that I plan to take care of over the next few weeks, with this "down time"!!
Thanks for helping spread the word and joining us at Time Out. I love the texture of the background and the mirri card works perfectly. A very elegant card. Some of mine are in folders as I started to organise and then got no further-still need to do more!
This is just beautiful and of course I love that mirror paper! I sort my stamps the same way I do my dies ... by category! Birthday, Get Well, etc.
This is so super gorgeous...great die and wonderful shimmer on it with that beautiful purple.
Forgot to say I sort by company myself....except for my coffee/tea stamps and dies which are all in one section by themselves.
lovely card.
Sort??? Heck I just shove mine in a set of drawers no particular order. Pretty card and you did well to photograph the shine. It's freezing here today... The cats are fed up as am I but hopefully we are safe. Thinkig of you and sending love
It's kinda sad when something this pretty is retired, but I guess warehousing everything could be a nightmare. Really love this, Diane. I think if I was on a die company DT I'd have to keep those separate, but probably categorize within that company. You know I don't have anywhere near as many dies as you do, but mine are sorted by subject -- birthday, birds, dogs, cats, Halloween, etc. You get the picture. I have bins and dividers, but running out of room and not sure what I'm going to do. I really don't want my room to be all cluttered and crowded. I'll have to either purge or quit buying dies!
Oops, sorry... you asked about stamps. I keep my Power Poppy stamps in their own bin, but other stamps are mixed up in drawers. They're sorted by subject, similar to the dies I mentioned previously. You've seen my stamp room post. Small room.
That die cut is so pretty - I love how it looks in purple foil! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Jill
