Creatures Under/In the Sea

Hello there, did you survive the 4th of July?
It was pretty tame here as usual we don't get too excited
about fireworks and such as our dog Mack is terrified so we try to
keep it pretty quiet!
Being the first Wednesday in July it makes it the start of a new
challenge theme at Double D and it is a pretty easy one!

I once again let the fun mood board inspire me, though my crab is red,
only because I already had him die cut from  when I received the die to
see what he looked like!  He is Spellbinders Crabby die,
isn't he cute with so many details?

I also used a pretty background paper from LDRS 'You Are My Sunshine'.
The net is Tutti Designs, shells are Impression Obsession and the sentiment
is from Catherine Pooler Ocean Chums Stamp Set!

Visit Double D and see all the fabulous inspiration from the Design Teams,
there is an awesome prize up for grabs too!

Hope to see YOU there!

One of my favorite sea creatures having lived in MD for many years. This is an awesome crab die cut, so detailed. Love the wavy background paper, net and seashell border. Super fun!

You had a lot of things to make up this cute crabby card. I love that sentiment.

Dang, I love every bit of it and your red crab is perfect! Caught in the net and already cooked, ha! Our 4th was similar to yours, but we gave both dogs a bath on the south deck. So fluffy and soft now! We always hear the big booms of the fireworks they set off on the bay, plus all the littler ones in the neighborhood, but the dogs pay no mind. Thankful for that.
