It's All About The Sentiment

It's time for a new challenge at Double D
and our theme is
Focus On The Sentiment.

I have to admit I made this card in January
while we were shut in by the Polar Vortex....
the idea came to me, so I just went with it!

I have an addiction to the Mintay papers out of Poland
and find myself hoarding them at best!
But I decided to not only feature my sentiment,
but feature it on some awesome paper!

The sentiment I used is from SU's 2018 Sale-a-bration.
It's quite a large set and very pretty...
lots of different sentiments to mix and match.

I die cut a couple of the Tutti Designs Nesting Banners,
then stamped my sentiment on.
I had bits and pieces of various greens and flower pieces
so I made my flower and greenery with those...
a goal this year to use up things I have.
Same with the butterfly, which I just inked with Groovy Guava SU ink...
in fact I stamped the sentiment with the same ink.

So what an easy challenge this is....
gives you an opportunity to use those 'large' sentiments in your stash!

Visit the Double D challenge and see all the beautiful inspiration there.
Join in with us and you will be in the drawing for an awesome prize!!

What a beautiful way to use and show those Mintay papers! There's no mistaking your sentiment is the star because I've been admiring it since I first saw it. These colors are so gorgeous together. Yay you for using up stuff. It all worked out so prettily!

There is no doubt about it, it is all in the sentiment. I loved this challenge Diane and I have a new wish list going on here. I may start a new company with digital sentiments that people can just print off the computer. What do you think?

FABULOUS take on the challenge, my dear. I love that beautiful background patterned paper and those banners really make the card. It's so nice to be back in the swing of things, I have missed all my sweet peeps here on Double D.

Fantastic sentiment, if we're all lucky to have even just one best friend we are lucky enough! Great colors and I love those banner flags, I have them too, they always look great especially layered. Beautiful papers and I love your flower and foliage and sweet little butterfly accent!
