Today at The Sisterhood of Crafters our 'sistah' Debbie has
chosen our theme and it is Easel Card.
I made an egg shape easel card which will go to my
fifteen (one of) granddaughter,
First because she is not a card maker and won't notice the
mistakes I made on it and second because she has every card
I have ever made her!!
I have a die nesting set that is egg shape and created my card using that..
I also have a cute egg die by Poppystamps Ribbon and Bow Egg
that I paper pieced together.
The little bunny and the butterfly I already had cut and took
from my scrap bags.
The sentiment is from an old Flourish stamp set Easter Baskets.

How cute that die is with the all the paper piecing on it, Diane! I always admire shaped easels because there is a lot more thought that must go into it - or maybe it is just my pea brain because "engineering" is extra difficult for me. But this is oh-so-cute with the bright "cream filled" center that is actually the cheeriest of designer papers. It must be very touching that your granddaughter has saved every card you've made her! eeep! This is so stinkin' adorable Diane! It makes me think of one of those sugar eggs and now I'm so inspired to try making one too. I love the polka dots, the super cute printed paper and just the overall design. Too, too cute!!!
