This is my post on the
Sparkle N Sprinkle blog today
Hi, Diane with you today with a country-fied card perfect for a man!
I am showcasing a digital stamp using
Farm Fresh Tractors Digi 877B.
This set is also available in rubber 877P5
This is a pretty easy card to make.
I started out by using a sunburst embossing folder on black card stock.
I run the Nuvo Glue Pen Medium Tip down each burst
then sprinkling on Microfine Reflection glitter.
After printing the tractor, I colored it in with Copics.
A bit of sparkle was added to the tractor using a
Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust Pen.
The image was then die cut using a Spellbinders Adorning Squares die
I once again used the Nuvo Glue Pen Medium Tip,
running it around the edges of the die cut,
then sprinkling with the Microfine Reflections glitter.
The image was adhered to the top of the embossed sunburst.
The sentiment was printed, then die cut with a
Cheery Lynn Fishtail Banner.
Being this was a 'mans' card I didn't want to add much more
but thought a sparkle red button tied with a metallic thread
would add to the country theme.
Once again here is my finished card.

Love the glittered sunburst. Sparkly and still masculine!
Oh that sunburst is awesome as is that glitter and sparkle! I like that tractor image and that fab sentiment! Really awesome card!
WOW What a great idea to use the sunburst in the background! My dad had a red tractor just like this and I used to ride behind him over to the field to plant potatoes (thanks for the memory). Love the sentiment too ... awesome creation for this country girl!!
This is so fabulous!! I love the sparkly sunburst!! It showcases the tractor perfectly!! My Dad has a tractor similar to this so I need that stamp!! The sentiment is perfect, too!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)

Thanks for the tutorial, Diane! It's a great use of the products - I certainly never would have thought to use them in this way, especially on the dry embossed section! My husband is in love with red tractors, however, he is now trying to sell his Farmall Cub since it has not been used for a few years. Too many tractors to keep track of LOL Fabulous card! hugs, de
Oh, wow! That tractor is awesome and all the glitter... wow again!
Cool card - thanks for sharing at 613 Avenue Create.
