Hello Foxy

Bark Embossing Folder
Sprinkles for shaker

Hello, Diane with you today with a cute little shaker card
perfect for Valentines or anytime using the newly released stamp set

I wanted to show you how handy the Tim Holtz Stamp Platform can be.
As you can see, I stamped the image but didn't capture the entire thing.
So I easily inked back up and stamped a couple more times until
it was perfectly and completely stamped....this is the best 'tool' ever!!

For this card I used just the sitting fox.
I applied Sakura Quicky glue pen to the fox after I had colored him with Copics
I added a bit of glue at a time, then used
Sparkle N Soft Autumn Sparkle flocking, pressing down slightly.
I wanted a really good coverage, which is why I did a little at a time.
Isn't he pretty and all soft and glittery!
Once he was completely dry I fussy cut him out with Tonic 5" Mini Scissors.

I used a bark embossing folder and a square die to cut out the shaker shape.
I rubbed on Nuvo Mousse Embellishment Fresh Copper directly on the embossed folder.
I cute a slightly bigger piece (then the cutout square) of Clear Embossable Acetate
for the 'window' of the shaker.  Foam was then added to the back of the acetate and I added a few little heart sprinkles, then added a back paper to cover.

I heat embossed the sentiment on a stitched square die cut using
Versamark and Coffee embossing powder.
For the back paper of the card I used a new and beautiful
I actually 'flipped this paper upside down as it then resembled little hearts.
The same paper was used to punch a tiny heart to add to the sentiment.

I added a tiny pink cord to 'tie it' all together!

Thank you for visiting with me today!

Oooh, I love the sparkly flocking on your cute fox! Also, I see another embossing folder I have which needs to get used. So many things to play with! Fabulous as a shaker with all those tiny hearts, and the mermaid paper totally looks like hearts. Clever design, Diane!

Love your sparkly, fuzzy little fox in his wood-grained lair. The green background is a lovely touch and the little green heart is adorable. Great shaker element too.

This is super pretty, Diane. I love the wood grain background and the sparkle sequins. I posted a card on my blog today that I made using the Farm Fresh Stamp Set. I like how it turned out. I hope you will stop by to take a peek. Have a blessed week, and don't forget to play along with us at Word Art Wednesday.
Blessings to you,
