Time for a new challenge at Sketch Saturday and we have a
fun sketch for you with the optional theme of
'Feature A Sentiment'.
I went with the option this time and made the sentiment the focus of my card,
The papers are from The paper Boutique Bumblebee's Dance a collection
of pretty yellow and lilac papers. The EB folder is Spellbinders Tiled Motif.
The sentiment is from the stamp set Kaisercraft Whisper.

Gorgeous combination of papers and colors on this card.
What a fun sketch this is, and I love not only the embossing and colorful papers you used, but that sentiment really hits home too! Beautiful card!
This is a beautiful card, Diane, and such a great sentiment. I taught my kids early on that there will be people in our lives that will let us down. I assured them that I (and our family) would always be there for them; but that friends will come and go. I also told them that, in the end (when you're grown); to consider yourself blessed if you have one or maybe even two/three truly close forever friends who love you unconditionally and for always. I told them that it's about having QUALITY, not quantity in relationships. This sentiment really made me think about that today. Thanks for the inspiration.
Have a blessed week, my creative friend!
You're so good with these sketches! It's a perfect way to focus on a sentiment as well as play with some pretty papers and embossing. I love it all!
